Chicken ala Roco (redefine)

Yes you heard it right, its roco, as in Bembol Roco. His guesting in Spoon (cooking show hosted by Janice de Belen) is one of the episodes i like most. His recipe "chicken ala roco' became one of our family's favorit foods during special occassions. However, the recipe that i will be presenting is a modification of his. To make it attractive to kids, i added french fries, boiled quail eggs and blanched carrots and baguio beans.

Marinate chicken with salt , pepper and vetsin. Then coat this with flour and fry. Set Aside. In a pan, sauté white onions. Add chicken cubes and half cup of water. Let it simmer for 2 minutes. Place the fried chicken. Add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Mix it with french fries and blanched carrots and baguio beans.Top it with quail eggs.
